EH6 Report

I got my hands on an EH6. I will compare it to the EH3 for reference.

EH6 = Tan
EH3 = Midnight Camo

The butt of the EH6 appears and feels the same as the EH3; same drop at heel and comb, both of which are relatively trim and high (which I prefer).



The EH6 has more palm swell than the EH3.






The grip of the EH6 is more open than the EH3.






The forend of the EH6 has less belly than the EH3. It has a much more trim feel in the hand. It appears that they will both roughly accept the same size barrel. The barrel pictured is a Hart #3.










The bottom of the EH6 is much more round than the EH3, a lot more so than pictures indicate. It feels really nice if you happen to carry a rifle with your hand cradling the bottom metal. I would call it perfect.

The bottom difference is not only in the rounded corners but the entire side of EH6 is more rounded. Compare the area with the red line and you'll see what I mean.

Crap! Now I've got to build another rifle. I said I was done for a while.
