Where did you get the information that they're being made offshore? Not necessarily doubting you as I wouldn't put it past those BPI bastids and that'd be just one more reason to hate em. The only information I can find is that they're still made in your home state and the dozen or so packs I have are marked as such, albeit they're a few years old.
