Getting snipped is the easy part. I had it done years ago with no issues. I'm 59 with no ED issues.
A friend of mine had it done and a couple of years later he and his wife decided they wanted a 3rd child. Putting it back together is much more difficult with less likely to work. He was in a lot of pain, but it worked.
Most people don't really want the truth.
They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.
