Not sure about you gals, but I don't want to be that one guy in a 1000 that has pain every time I shoot a load. Can't say swelling balls does much for me either.
It seems to be more like 2-3 out of 100 that have serious long term issues..
Whats the point of trying to have no risk sex if is isn't fun anymore.
