I built this 35 rem bolt gun a few years ago with a Marlin XS7 308 win I got off CDNN for $249. Added a Shaw barrel. Has an external nut like a savage. Model 70 style bolt release. A trigger similar to Savages AccuTrigger. It has a Savage style extractor. No issues so far with the smaller rim. I've enjoyed my poor boy 35 Rem conversion. Not high end but fun!
