My thoughts exactly. I know a restaurant owner who was calling around looking to borrow private money to the tune of $15,000, just two weeks after the city made all our restaurants curbside pick up or delivery only.

I know another one that's already shut down permanently, as in, pulled equipment out of the place, done. And they were popular places. Worst thing in our town is they rely on college students who are gone now. When this is over, most restaurants are FUBAR until next fall.
