Idaho_Shooter Campfire Ranger I Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 25,954 Likes: 9 West Treasure Valley, Idaho	How much do you want to spend? Blued steel and walnut? SS and plastic? I hear great things about the Ruger American, but I would take the 10-22 for half the cost. Or there is the Savage Mark II BVT which I like with the laminate thumbhole stock and heavy barrel. People who choose to brew up their own storms bitch loudest about the rain.
