I'm surprised (and a bit disappointed) that Biden did not start babbling. His "facts" lacked substance.
Trump lost on the "optics" I believe. I think that will hurt him among the undecided. He also left a couple great points against Biden on the table.
Wallace did OK with a difficult task. I was a bit surprised when he asked Biden why he did not contact the mayors of Portland, etc. A question specifically to Biden.
Overall it rates a "meh."
