St. George, Utah is experiencing a huge housing boom. Wife is teaching at two schools that opened last year and they are nearing capacity. There is also plans for a master planned 10,000 new homes on the south part of town.

Seems like half the older population of our town here in Wyoming have moved to St. George, or at least bought a winter home there. No worries, though, their slots are being taken up by Californians. eek
