OldHat: I do find myself scrambling for ammunition though - not for myself but for my VarmintChildren (one needs 9m/m and 223 others need rimfire!), and my various Big Game and Varmint Hunting friends! This is a pain what ever the cause/reason. I don't think there is a "conspiracy" of any kind involved it is just worry about the political future of this nation! I would NOT be surprised if this "shortage" last a full year. I am waiting for the 9:00 bell to be first in line at my LGS - rumor is a shipment of ammo came in late yesterday afternoon?
