Don't know if this is the place to bring this up, but here goes: First, are any of you IT guys aware of a messaging platform (terminology may not be correct) called Telegram? If so, how secure is it? Wife is trying to leave Fascistbook and one of her friends there told her to communicate with her on Telegram.
Second, while trying to delete Fascistbook, my wife kept getting a screen message saying she was offline, and her request couldn't be executed. Funny, she was otherwise able to navigate that site, and others. Anyone else have this happen? My guess is that there is such a large exodus from FB that they are trying to stop the bleeding with phony excuses to not delete accounts. What do we do to get rid of it if this continues to happen?
