He who finds a wife finds a good thing,
And obtains favor from the Lord. Problem is, HE was referring to a real wife. Not some female the law says is your wife because you walked down the isle and tied the knot. You are blessed. Better to live on a corner of the roof than share a house with a quarrelsome wife. How would HE know? HE knows everything.
The disciples said to him, “If such is the case of a man with his wife, it is better not to marry.”
