Ultimately, we as Christians do not rely on prime ministers, emperors, dictators, or American presidents, including political parties; that is, beyond our civic responsibilities. At least that’s my view. Of course that doesn’t rule out concern, or granting or writing opinions, always working toward telling the truth.
