That Principal can whip that kid and talk tough and mean until the kid pisses down both legs every time she sees the Principal, but that isn't going to help the mother at home. And especially so after school is out for summer vacation. The mother can't have other people do that job for her. She's going to have to make that connection of love, respect, acceptance and maybe If necessary a little bit of fear when absolutely needed on her own accord.
