Instead of bringing it to your table they have to box it up and bring to your car in the parking lot. You should tip accordingly.

Of course she would. She probably doesn't want to pay the servers 4 or 5 times the current tipped rate.

If it were lockdown bullchidt and they restaurant couldn't open but was making a go of it by doing takeout I'd have tipped. So long as the chick at the counter was pleasant.
