The receiver doesn't wear out. The locking block on a 94 is harder than the breech bolt so the rear of the breech bolt wears over time with use. You can get locking blocks .005", .010" and .015" oversize to correct for wear. It's best to get one larger than you need and skim cut a little off the rear of the bolt to fit. You'd know these things if you weren't a shadetree back yard wannabe.
