The receiver doesn't wear out. The locking block on a 94 is harder than the breech bolt so the rear of the breech bolt wears over time with use. You can get locking blocks .005", .010" and .015" oversize to correct for wear. It's best to get one larger than you need and skim cut a little off the rear of the bolt to fit. You'd know these things if you weren't a shadetree back yard gunsmith.

I have never looked at a parts catalog back in the day.
Or ever looked at a website.
Maybe if your cleaned you dirty 94,s bolt assembly and the abasive grime out of the bolt slots and the block.
Over time it wouldnt wear out....

Can you show us a pic of your 94???
I hear it screaming for oil right now too.
