I almost feel like they should want the high risk people dead. Someone like me, I’m a strain on Blue Cross’s bottom line.

Many have speculated that this is exactly what they want.
Pretty sure it is more likely to be down to incompetent brainless bums passing the buck...and since bureaucracies attract that sort of creature like flies to s
hit it would explain some of the rankly stupid decisions and policies being pushed.
