There are literally hundreds of articles about what is happening to those Russians who are protesting the Ukrainian invasion by Russia. If there is a rise in the approval rating it has to do with the fact that anyone who says otherwise finds themselves in a Russian Gulag. Those Russian polls are as phony as the democRAT polls.
The bottom line is this war could of been prevented if Donald Trump were still in office and the coup had not occured. Now that it has there is nothing that Biden and the democRATs can do to prevent the loss of confidence the world has in the American dollar. Stolen elections have consequences and one of them is the falling dollar and soon to be near worthless dollar. If I were Vlad Putin I would be demanding payment in Rubles as well.
