The worst was on a pickup with aluminum wheels. Dealer didn't use anti-seize after rotating tires. Got a flat rear tire on I-81 headed north in PA while towing a little camper. Thought I had everything I needed - chocks, warning triangles, jack, wrench, good spare - no trouble getting lug nuts off, but could not get the damn wheel off the hub. Flailed away for probably close to an hour, finally called information to find a tow truck. Nearest one that answered phone took almost another hour to get there. He ended up crawling under (with just the oem jack holding truck up), laying a board across back of wheel, and pounding on it with a sledge hammer for about 15 minutes. It was getting dark by the time that wheel came off. Dealer service manager got an earful about anti-seize next time I went in.
