If you want a view, you need to buy it so
you can keep it the way you want it.
I've known a bunch of that type that buy
these " ranchettes " they sell here, then
expect the big place across the fence to
be like a view from a national park as long
as they live there. And they also have some
notion that livestock doesn't pee and sh*t
and it shouldn't stink, and that the southern
states shouldn't be hot all summer
