It’s like how Burelyboy described. They show up, part-time, uninvited, non-year round resident/neighbor, an start slinging [bleep] around. They start the slinging. Not OK.
Seen it through about four property changes on either side of my families cabin up in NH. I don’t have a “we were here first” kind of attitude, but man, they bring some un-neighborly kind of attitudes with them. And when that happens, it goes down hill fast. Hence the changes of ownership. lol.
