Lots of advice on here. But as I mentioned earlier, a little BB sized pill of Lisinopril daily would probably fix a lot of people's blood pressure problems.
It's surprising that such a small amount would do so much. But one little pill will knock my blood pressure down from 150/100 to 120/80 in about 90 minutes.
What mg?
I was taking 10 mg 2x per day,now I am at 20mg 1/day. It was 125/60 this am ,but it was bouncing all around while in ICU. They were giving me 3 injections a day to try to bring it down. Sometimes a diuretic is added to make it work better, but for old guys it sure makes you pee a lot. I don't take that anymore
