I do occasionally carry an 11 pound rifle! A PSA AR10 .308 with a 20 round mag. I haul that puppy out to the box blind and set it up on bags and a bipod. "IF" I kill a deer, I leave it in the blind while I go get the truck! 😉!
That’s the upside to a 11 lb rifle—nobody can steal it and get very far……..
