Anyone do the pickled herring thing? Maybe that's just a Minnesota thing. Stuff is outstanding.

Yes about every other year pickled herring is on the table as an appetizer. Good you reminded me we did well on lake herring on the big lake this summer and I left them with a guy to pickle. Gotta call today and see if it’s done.
