Sorry to hear your issue...I joined the 'Fire based on the majority of the members here having and their use of the principles you listed in the start of your post, with mostly acceptable results. In some forums, the actions you described would get a member black-listed ASAP, and a "don't deal with" label to boot. Hope it works out in your favor, sounds like some quality bovine fertilizer going on there, and no, not how the forum should run.
