OT, I thought the same thing! I just thought he made a grammatical error using IS rather than ARE.

Tanner is good people and while Hogan has 85-90% of his posts in the Classifieds, Tanner does not.

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to make a deal either way with Tanner. I just did as a matter of fact.
