If someone came into your house and stole something from you could they use the "government is corrupt" excuse?
They could make whatever excuse they choose....like the DVD industry does...doesn't change the reality of the situation. I could hang up a sign on my front porch telling thieves, "If you steal from me, you are supporting terrorism." But just because I 'say' so, doesn't 'make' it so.
