Per the OP:
A "random" (since your not a narc or LEO) call to 911 about a "possible" marijuana grow now trumps the "suspect's" ( That whole guilty until proven innocent thing/ Universal Code of Civil Rights) 4th Amendment rights?
Yet everyone bitches that Terry Stops should be illegal under the 4th amendment.
Seems a case of only applying a law when it fits ones personal agenda.
My guess is being in a smaller town your complaint was passed to a detective to look into further and see if there is a case.
