There are a schit ton of trail cam pics of purported bigfoot on the internet. Some are obviously fake, some less so. But no one on this board would ever accept one as a real even if it were. Why? Bigfoot doesn’t exist, of course. Likewise, tons of people have claimed to have shot and killed them. Why didn’t they bring the body in? Well, almost no one can load one up. So it is very much a matter of going out to get help and then coming back. In some instances they are gone when people get back. But usually people get scared if they shoot one. Why? Because they realize they’ve shot a human and are either immediately regretful and/or they are afraid of getting in trouble. Are they full of schit? Some of them no doubt.
The point is on everything from trail cam pics, to killing them, to finding bones, and everything else, there are lots of reports out there. Almost all of them are discounted because no legitimate scientist will even consider them. So it all ends up being some sort of internet lore.
All you have to do is see how Covid was treated to see that scientist simply ignore something that isn’t orthodoxy.
From a legal standard, there is plenty of evidence for a bigfoot. People are under the jails for crimes in which there was only one witness and no physical evidence of the crime.
