You have to forgive the Liberals. After all they consider themselves the "natural ruling party" of Canada. They think you and me are stupid and can't remember what happened. If they thought it would help them get elected, they would attempt to revise history, change their position,and blame the Conservatives, even if it was a Liberal bill that brought in registration.
