Right on! but I note that the orphans are arriving in Toronto not Montreal. So the rest of the families will also follow there. Once a link is established many relatives will come out of the wood work,(or should I say rock piles) quaranteed. Canada doesn't need more immigrants, what we need is the taxation lowered so we can have bigger families to replace the dieing, not importing people that breed like rabbits and don't care about responsibilities in educating their children or what happens to them after they walk and feed themselves. Parenting doesn't end when they are at this point. Only animals think this way.
