I've had a Kimber Montana and a couple of M70 FW's in 270 WSM.Generally accuracy was good to very good;velocities with 130 gr bullets was over 3200, but I did not bother chasing the factory 130 gr loads which IIRC went about 3280 or so from my rifles.

I sold them all because none were appreciably lighter than my 7 Rem Mags,and pretty much what one will do the other will do as well.



The 280 Remington is overbore.

The 7 Rem Mag is over bore.
