I have a Borden rifle in 270 wsm. For a while I tried almost everything to get it to shoot accurately. I tried RL22, and Imr 4350 w/ 110gr TTSX's and could not even get a solid 1" group. I even bought a box of Federal 110 TTSX's, it patterned and not grouped. Then I bought a lb of H4831 and tried 130gr Accubond and the rifle responded by giving 1/2" moa. Then, AFTER I made about 100 loads of the Accubonds I ran a string of 110gr TTSX's and they shot 1/2" groups too! I wish I would have listened to the Barnes manuel and used their most accurate powder listed because it really likes the H formula.

However, I am not getting the velocity that others report. Using a max load of H and 130 Accubonds I am at 3170fps. i am quite sure I am a couple hundred fps faster w/ the use of the Barnes, but w/ having all those bullets made and then having a Leupold CDS using the recipe, I figure that will be just fine.
