I don't get the comment about waisting money by not going edge? Sometimes a Lil heavier stock is better when balance is a concern. To each his own though
That was me. I only bring the difference up because the Edge stock I've had is much stiffer, with a better "feel" than the standard fill I've had. Really has nothing to do with weight.
I agree there are times when more weight would benefit a rifle's balance. In those instances I would choose a wood or laminate stock. But an arctic camo stock would be cool also...
For the record, I acknowledge that I am often the odd duck.
