Well, I went yesterday. Hunted 2 1/2 hrs. The snow was loud and crunchy. Only saw 2 squirrels, both at a distance, running about mach 9! The fat lady is starting to warm up. Only have about 1 1/2 wks., before this season is history. It's been a good one despite the weather, for me, early. May try to get out 1 more time, before it's a wrap.
