No way I'd go with just one. I could pair things down, but even if I was doing that, I'd have a backup rifle in the same chambering as my "one" hunting rifle. Stuff happens.
This! And I for dang sure wouldn't be using the proceeds from the others for a shop/garage. I'd use the $$ to take the ones I keep on a hunt for a critter I've never hunted or in a type of country I've never hunted for something I've shot before.
