I asked about the Barnes TTSX as my brother ran some calculations on Quickload with that bullet. Using the water capacity of my 260 AI and using the same max pressure as is standard for the 6.5 Creedmoor, here is what QuickLoad predicted:
260 Ackley Improved
100g Barnes TTSX
Fed 210M Primer
50.5g RL17
3,364 fps
That should be a good load. And those aren't crazy numbers. I've killed several deer with the 100g Partition at 3,280fps with 50g of H-4350 and 23" barrel (that load got 3,330 fps back when my barrel was 25" long).
