If Trump hadn’t popped off to Lester Holt about Comey’s firing being somewhat connected to the Russia investigation, there would be no basis for investigating Obstruction, which is about the only thing touching Trump himself.

Comey was the lead FBI official that approved the application for the FISA warrant, even though he KNEW the Steele dossier was not only bought and paid for by the DNC, but it was a TOTAL fabrication...HE'S the one who should be under investigation....Trump should have fired every swinging dick in the FBI & DOJ that he was legally entitled to fire...
