Like I said.

With regard to your question, an executive with subordinates that don't perform their duties has two options:

- Call em out for not performing; or

- Ignore it.

President Trump treats his .gov subordinates the same way he would treat someone working on his payroll.

He points out the shortcoming, and encourages them to perform up to expectations.

If they don't, to a large extent, they are fired. The ministry of propaganda likes to report that this is a weakness, which only reinforces that it's the proper course of action.

You disagree that a real leader should lead?
