What are you supposed to do if you own a pair of elephant tusks that you have shot? Federal law says you're allowed to keep them (each one has a code on it) but not allowed to transfer ownership. Are you supposed to throw them away?

Unless I'm mistaken, y'all already have big lakes in norcal where no fishing is allowed.
The only ones I know of are lakes that were completely shut down because of the Chinese Muscles, not because of anti-fishing groups. But they will try anything to force veganism on society.
