Still waiting for the scientific study on the types of masks that are mandated for use here, as I asked in my original question to OP. The report you linked to says nothing about wrapping a t-shirt over your mouth and nose. It doesn't even state what kind of masks they are talking about. The scientific study on CLOTH masks that the CDC published clearly states that cloth masks are ineffective, especially when they are used in the manner most people use them.
