Plenty of us .358 shooters here.
Also plenty of guys that think they are a waste...to each his own.
I've killed plenty of deer with 3006 and 308s. There's just something different about hitting them with a .358+" bullet IMO.
Does it make a lick of difference?? Probably not.
I mostly like to be different and not shoot stuff everyone else has. Kinda boring.
I know I know. I can't borrow ammo or stop at any ole store and grab ammo when I forget mine. Lol. I get that. Valid enough point. I hunt with all sorts of "specialty" stuff (for lack of a better term). Arrows and broadheads...the inline bullets and loads I run...the rifle chamberings I run.
I combat it various ways. If you're going on a trip and only take 1 gun....you've already messed up IMO.
