I have only one new, a Remington 141 pump in 35 Remington. Killed a deer with it 2 months ago and it works today as well as it did the year it was made (1941)

But soon I am going to have another upper for my AR10 in 358. Should be a good combo I think. I want to go with the Nosler 225 grain bullets in either Partitions or Accubonds. The sierra in the same weight can be my "practice bullet". Not too bad for a practice bullet as my friend Dan told me he gets good results with that one on elk from his 35 Whelen. But the Noslers will allow me to use it at very close range clear out to the longest practical range the 358 is good for and still give respectable expansion.

I hope to have the upper ready to zero and use mid winter.
