Yea, most of my friends were chipped when they got the shot...along with their Dog. Great technology...the two get separated, and one of them turns on their smartphone and up on a screen pops both of their locations. I HEARD Gates was in on it. He developed it in partnership with PETA and both are expected to make out very well on the deal. That Gates guy is certified in how to make money.....I knew he was PETA, just by looking at him.
