I was pulling a rake for a neighbor guy driving an 8 N Ford. It was for square bales about 55 to 60 lbs. I was about 14 at the time.

Starting at 13, I worked summers through high school on farms.

I can attest to the fact that a skinny 17 year kid can toss a 60 lb bale a good 30 feet when it comes off the chute of a NH baler.....

....if the tail end of a rattler is sticking out the side....The boss riding the tractor was all "WTF!" smile
