What about the extended "unemployment" under Bidet. That schidt wasn't funded or paid into, it was straight up welfare. Nobody collecting that "earned it".
On standard unemployment I agree, and one winter 20 years ago I partook of it. But it was a far cry from what is happening now. To say otherwise is silly.
