I never got one, just dumb luck.
It's also really dumb bad luck for most people that get one. Millions drive "intoxicated" any given day, and very, very few get dui's etc.
this, my oldest son got one pulling out of his apt parking lot to go pick up a friend who was too drunk to drive, forgot to use his turn signal. he had only had 4 or 5 beers and wasn't drunk, but it put him over the legal limit.
