Always the same gun? Is it one of your 38-40/38WCF or the 45 Colt? There is a picture of your 38-40/38WCFs in this thread. The one stamped 38-40, is that also a 1stGen? Did you have the 1stGen lettered? What's the DOB?

I like the 38-40 cartridge, these are most of them. I have another one coming in a Marlin 1888 which is quite rare...

Quite the collection. The first cf rifle I fired was a 92 SRC. Lest yer ponderin', I'm a product of 1969, so WAY an outlier on that. Being a kid like, my 38 WCF revolver choice would be that new fangled New Service. I also prefer my '06 GTO to the old stuff, just for the record.
