Both nice, but I prefer the way you had it originally. I'm a sucker for a three inch barrel.
I, too, am a sucker for a 3” barrel. So, I switched it back again today:

I keep switching back and forth like this, eventually the barrel threads might just get a bit loose. No problem yet, though. And, that barrel’s been off and on again a couple or three times, now.
